Our History
M.D.M Technical Services was formed in 2006. After the owner Michael Tuckson Jr moved back to hometown New Orleans from California, he realized there was a real need for technical services in the region. So thus MDM was created. Prior to starting his own company Michael was providing these services to wonderful clients in California, specifically the Bay Area to as far north as Sacramento. Mr Tuckson received his AA in Network Administration from Sacramento College. He then went on to receive his BA in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. In addition to his formal education he has received several IT Certifications. Mr Tuckson started off working for two major Telecommunications companies in California. After working his way up corporate ladder he decided to move back to his hometown of New Orleans after hurricane Katrina. Mr Tuckson gained valuable skills in the medical field and most recently in the Movie Theater business providing support for over 90 locations. So alone with his knowledge and knowledge of his very competent staff, their goal is to provide the best technical support services in the region.
